Lightning Lane Premier Pass becomes available for purchase up to seven days in advance of your park visit,
beginning at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, while supplies last. For a March 4 visit, your purchase window would open on February 25 at 7:00 a.m. PST. If Premier Pass is part of your plan, I recommend being logged into the
Disneyland app a few minutes early so you’re ready right at 7:00 a.m., as quantities are limited and can sell out.
Before your purchase window opens, make sure all
theme park tickets and
park reservations for your group are properly linked in your MyDisney account. This allows you to select everyone in your party and complete the purchase in one transaction. On the morning of February 25, open the Disneyland app, tap the three horizontal lines in the lower-right corner, and select the Lightning Lane Passes tile. You’ll see Premier Pass pricing for eligible upcoming dates, including March 4, and can proceed through checkout from there. Once completed, you’ll receive confirmation in the app.
After purchasing, you won’t see Premier Pass directly attached to your ticket in the main ticket section. Instead, once you enter either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park, head to “Today’s Plans” in the app and look under the “My Day” section. That’s where your Premier Pass details will appear, including the list of included Lightning Lane attractions and those you’ve already redeemed. One of the biggest advantages of Premier Pass is flexibility. There’s no need to select return times in advance. When you’re ready to experience an attraction, you can simply head to the Lightning Lane entrance and scan in (subject to park hopping rules and attraction availability).
