Hello! My family and I will be in Disneyworld in April. I have 5 people in my family, if we separate how can I see and download their photos? I am so confused by this linking thing and how to do it or if I even have too? Please help!

Hi Christine! I love having the Disney PhotoPass photographers capture all of the magical moments my family experiences during our vacation. Even if my husband takes our older daughter to visit with her favorite characters while I hop on Space Mountain with my little daredevil, I know the PhotoPass photographer is going to get great shots for me to later download. You didn’t mention it, but have you looked into Memory Maker, which allows you unlimited digital downloads of all of your pictures? There is a great discount on purchasing Memory Maker before your trip. If you plan to download several pictures, consider purchasing Memory Maker so you can keep all of your photographic memories!

To make sure all Guests in your party are able to link their pictures to one shared account, you need to set them up as Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience account and link them to you via their MagicBand or ticket. Be sure to check the option to allow sharing of photos for all Family & Friends. This way, if any family member stops by a PhotoPass location, their picture or video will magically be added to your PhotoPass account once the photographer scans their MagicBand or park ticket. If for some reason their MagicBand or park ticket is not working correctly, the PhotoPass photographer can give them a PhotoPass card that can be linked on your PhotoPass page. Once you get home, you can sit down and look at all of the fantastic memories made by your family!

I hope you have a magical vacation and please let me know if you have any further questions!
