Hi, my family and I are going to Disney world. And I was wondering if we would get into trouble if we made homemade Disney shirts/pants??

    Hi there, Michelle!

I am so glad that you came by to see us here at planDisney. One of my favorite parts of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation is planning what outfits my family is going to wear. While there is some super cute merchandise available on shopDisney, sometimes I can not find exactly what I am looking for.

Not only can you make your own custom clothing to wear on your trip, you absolutely should! Some of the pictures that I have of our little ones in matching outfits are my absolute favorites. I generally stick with a Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse theme for our Magic Kingdom Day and Star Wars outfits for our day at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Michelle, just make sure that any clothing you choose to wear complies with the overall dress code policy

    Have a fabulous time, Michelle.

    Happy planning!
