Michael from MD Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My family was at Disney World from 03/14/2020 thru 03/17/2020. the park closed for covid starting 03/16/2020. We have 2 of the 4 days on our 4-park majic ticket UNUSED. Unable to return until this year, how do we now use the remaining 2 days?

Hiya, Michael! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney!

There is so much to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort this year and I'm excited to hear that you're planning a visit! The World's Most Magical Celebration is in full swing and you're sure to find magic around every corner. Be sure to check out the Beacons of Magic in each of the parks, which light up the night in new and exciting ways! There are also so many new attractions to experience since your last visit, like Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT, as well as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind which opens on May 27!

Michael, I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't able to use all of your theme park tickets in 2020. I'd love to help you with your next steps! First, take a peek at any tickets still linked to your account. Log into your account and hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets and Memory Maker. Here, you'll be able to view any tickets associated with your account!

While theme park tickets typically have an expiration date, I'd suggest calling a friendly Cast Member to see what options are available to you since you were unable to use them in 2020. After speaking with Guest Services, it sounds like your options truly depend on the circumstances, as well terms and conditions, that applied during your trip. I'd recommend calling (407) 934-7639 and explaining your situation so they can help you do the "next right thing," as my pal Anna says!

Once you get your tickets straightened out and you know which dates you'll be able to visit this year, your next step will be to make your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to be able to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. Also, take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app prior to your trip! A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This was, you know your meals and snacks will be ready for you before you ever feel a "rumbly in your tumbly!"

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Michael! If anything else pops up, please visit us again.

You've got a friend in me!
