planDisney! I’m so happy to see that your family is planning a magical visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.
I know it can be frustrating when we can’t sort out issues online on our own. I suggest logging on to
My Disney Experience on a home computer and trying to delete those extra profiles. You can do so by selecting “My Friends and Family list” on the task bar at the top of the page, then view the list and select the profile you want to change. Click on “update” on the right and you can either update the details or remove the profile from your list.
If this doesn’t help, you can always try calling the direct My Disney Experience phone number (407) 939-4357. I’ve found that when I’ve called the direct line for the department I need, the wait time seems to be much shorter. You can also
send the Resort an email with your issue and a Cast Member will get back to you.
