My family will be at Disney World February 2nd - 8th. I am trying to decide what we should pack in terms of clothing. Should we plan on wearing jeans and long sleeves everyday or should we also pack capris or shorts and t-shirts?

February is a great time to go to Disney!  Typically we wear shorts and tees during the day, and take along a sweatshirt for cool evenings.  On a couple of chillier nights we change into jeans, but that's pretty rare.  Bear in mind that we are coming from a cooler climate, so even if it was 70 degrees that felt great to us.  If you're traveling from a warm and sunny area then you may feel cooler and want to dress more warmly.

Wherever you are coming from, I recommend bringing layers that can be easily adjusted, since the weather can be unpredictable.  On our first trip to Disney we went in early February and were like ice cubes the first day.  We bought hats, scarves, gloves, and hot cocoa by the gallon, and spent a LOT of time huddled together in Cosmic Ray's!  Days 2 through 12 were beautiful, sunny, warm, and required shorts and sandals.  Go figure!

Just for reference, I like to check weather.com to see their historical charts.  They show average February highs in the mid-70's and lows in the low 50's.  February is also a lower precipitation month which is great!  Enjoy your trip!
