    Our family will be at Disney World during the Friday 13, 2013 at Hollywood Studios. Can you tell me what type of activites will go on? I know the Villians take over the park & is open until 13th hour. More info would be great. Over 30 yr. old kids!

    Hi, Barbara!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How cool that your family is planning to be at Disney's Hollywood Studios for the "Unleash the Villains" event on Friday, September 13th! This event is part of Disney's Limited Time Magic celebration for 2013 and promises to be a fiendishly good time! 

    Disney has purposely kept the specific details of this event under wraps. Details of Limited Time Magic offerings typically aren't announced until just a few weeks prior. The whole idea behind Limited Time Magic is that unexpected experiences will turn up randomly in the Florida and California theme parks and then disappear when the next one magically materializes.

    However, I do have a few details to share with you about the "Unleash the Villains" event at Walt Disney World Resort! The villainous takeover of Hollywood Studios will commence at 8:00 PM and go until the mysterious 13th hour (that's 1:00 AM to us foolish mortals!). Entertainment will be in the form of an evil dance party where many Disney Villains will come out to play and may even deign to wander among us lesser beings. Scheduled to make an appearance are Maleficent, Captain Hook, Jafar and several of their fiendish friends. (Ursula, the Evil Queen, Cruella de Vil, Dr. Facilier and even Hades could well be in attendance). This one-night only event will also include special merchandise and limited-edition collectibles (did I hear someone say Vinylmation?!).  

    I would suggest keeping an eye on the official Disney Parks Blog where further details (if any) may be announced over the next month.
