Congratulations, Nancy - you've made a fabulous resort choice! Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside is my family's favorite resort pick in the "moderate" category. There's a wonderfully relaxing vibe at Riverside and the resort grounds are just gorgeous. I know you're going to really enjoy your stay at Riverside!
To take advantage of an Annual Passholder discounted room rate, I recommend calling
Disney Resort Reservations at 407-939-7211 to see if you can modify or re-book your existing resort reservation to apply the discounted rate. There are a limited number of resort rooms available for this discount; it also depends on your vacation dates, resort choice and room category. You'll need to do this in advance of your arrival since it isn't possible to receive an Annual Passholder discounted rate "on the spot" at the time of check-in.
Here's an important piece of information: You do not actually need to be a Premium Annual Passholder at the time of reservation, but you will need to present a valid Annual Pass when you check in at your resort.
