My family is going to disney for 1st time in Sept. I am take my 3.5 yr daughter to the My Disney Princess tea party. She is wearing her Aurora dress, but what do I wear? Do the moms dress formal? Do people wear hats?

Hi, Jessica!  I have seen the gamut in terms of clothing here - from people wearing shorts and tee shirts as if they are straight from the theme park; and moms who dress much more upscale, although I've never seen anyone wear a hat at this particular event.

I think you could go with something along the lines of dressy resort casual - a skirt and a sweater twinset, a pretty sun dress, maybe even a skort and a nicer top.  You might even go with a nice pair of resort casual slacks and a flowery blouse.

    Have a great time!
