Hi my family and I are going on the Disney dream in July. Do you have any suggestions on whether or not to explore Nassau? I have heard mixed reports but I am curious about the straw market? Also do you know how much parking will be for a 5 night cruise?

    Ahoy Shannon!
July is just a few weeks away, and you will be boarding the spectacular Disney Dream before you know it!  I hope you are ready for fun-filled days at sea with Captain Mickey and his seafaring crew!  The five-night double dip itinerary is one of my favorites because beginning and ending your cruise on Disney's paradise, Castaway Cay, is absolutely awesome!
If you have not been to Nassau, then I think it is worth getting off the ship and checking out the Straw Market.  It is not a long walk down the pier and once you have checked things out you can head back to the Dream for more onboard fun!  Just because the ship is in port doesn't mean things slow down so keep your Personal Navigator, the daily cruise newsletter, handy!
Parking for five nights is $90.00, but always subject to change.  Cash, Visa, and MasterCard are the acceptable forms of payment at Port Canaveral.
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel, Shannon!  I hope you have the most magical time on your Disney Dream cruise!
    Bon Voyage!
