Hi Kassandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You must be thrilled to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! October is a great time to visit for events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. There are a lot of exciting things happening at "The Most Magical Place on Earth," so you are in for a lot of fun!

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you are attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party soon. Even though you are not attending on the actual date of Halloween, you are still welcome to visit the party in your costume. There are some costume guidelines you will want to follow, so read up on those at the link I just included. Then prepare yourself for some spook-tacular haunts!

If you are not attending the party and are simply visiting the theme parks during normal operating hours, costumes are not permitted for Guests ages 14 and older. But during the party, you will be fine!

Enjoy your vacation, Kassandra! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
