Hi- my family and I are going to Disney August 2015, we want to stay in a deluxe hotel. Can't decided between Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom Lodge. We have a 6 year old son. I like them both! Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth! What a fun decision you have to make! The best part is, it's a total win-win, as they are both absolutely fantastic resorts. For me, this choice would boil down to one question - animals or location? If your six year old loves animals, then the Animal Kingdom Lodge is definitely the place for your family. It's amazing to see animals wandering about. There are fantastic viewing spots throughout the resort, and you can even book a savanna view, where you can enjoy your breakfast coffee on your balcony as the animals roam past.

If you're planning on spending more than a day at the Magic Kingdom, you might prefer the convenience of the beautiful Wilderness Lodge. The location is ideal, a relaxing boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. And the resort is awesome, with so much to keep you busy and entertained.

Hope this helps with your decision Elizabeth! Write us back with any other questions!
