We are a family of 4 and got the dining plan deluxe that comes with 4 refillable mugs which we thought we be cheap since we wont have to worry about buying drinks all day. However, I'm concerned about the size and lugging them around the park and on rides?

Let me clarify a bit about the refillable mugs ...

They can only be used at the resort for which they were purchased during the stay in which they were purchased. To say this another way: You can't use your mugs in the theme parks, so there's no need to bring them to the theme parks. Many of the resorts have food courts (or other quick-service food areas) with fountain soda dispensing stations. This is the main place that you'll be able to use your refillable mugs. There are no soda dispensers in the theme parks, you're going to have to get individual drinks there. You should remember that on the dining plan you have a beverage included with you meals, so that does take care of some of your beverage needs. You could also use a dining plan snack credit to purchase a soda or a bottle of water in the parks.

    Hope this helps.
