Our family of 4 (DH, DDs 7 & 3) are on the DDP & have to scale back on our ADR. If you had to eliminate 1 of 2 of these, which would you choose - Whispering Canyon, Sci-Fi Theater, Liberty Tree (never been to any of these) & Coral Reef (been on

Hi, Kristin!  I think this is a really personal decision, based on the kinds of food your like and the type of dining experiences you prefer.  With kids that age, I think you could probably skip Liberty Tree Tavern.  This used to be a character meal, but without the characters, while it's a nice restaurant, there's nothing to really capture the kids' attention.

I personally don't care for the Sci-Fi, but it's almost a must do for my kids.  They love sitting in the cars, watching the movie clips on the big screen.  I also think Whispering Canyon is great fun, and I do like the food there.

Coral Reef is a very nice restaurant, and the fish can keep the kids occupied.  I think, though, if you had to drop a second restaurant, considering my own girls, they'd prefer Whispering Canyon and Sci Fi Dine In over your other two choices.

I hope you have an absolutely magical vacation!
