    We are a family of 5; DH, Me, DS5, DS3, & DD1. I have plan on riding as many rides as we ALL can ride. My plan is to wear DD1, and have the 5 yo w me and DH take the 3 yo. But I just heard it's 1 child per adult. Do we need to use rider swap instead?

    Hi Katharine,

    I also have a family of five and I can assure you that you have no need to worry. 

    There is no "one child per adult rule" at Disney World. I can't think of a single ride for which your children are tall enough that would pose a problem for your family configuration. I made MANY trips to Walt Disney World when my kids were preschoolers. We never had to split up or use rider swap. Either my husband or I took two of the kids into a ride vehicle with no issues at all.

    As you can see from the photos, you'll have no problem fitting your family into either one ride vehicle or in two adjacent vehicles.
