Ahoy Kristen!
Can I come along on your 2014 vacation? It sounds just perfect to me! I have cruised both itineraries, and since both sailings end in Castaway Cay, Disney's private island, you won't be disappointed with either one! One thing to consider is the number of sea days offered on the two itineraries-Itinerary A (Eastern) has three days at sea while Itinerary B (Western) has just two days at sea. If you are looking for a more port intensive vacation, the Western (B) may be a better option for your crew. If you are looking for more time enjoying the ship and all it has to offer, the Eastern may be a better fit. All the islands in the Caribbean offer similar adventures ashore like snorkeling in sparkling blue waters, interacting with dolphins, and lounging on white sandy beaches. But, if you are having trouble deciding I would recommend looking at the variety of
Port Adventures offered to see if there are some that stand out to you. Many Guests enjoy the Western Itinerary because they like to explore the ancient Mexican ruins in Cozumel or Costa Maya. Other Guests enjoy St. Thomas because they can island hop over to St. Johns to enjoy their pristine beaches.
I hope I've provided you with some insight to help you with your decision, Kristen. I know you will be pleased with either choice. If I can help further, please let me know.
Have a magical day and happy planning!
Nancy
