    Can a family: Dad, Mom, adult + teen daughters eat in WDW for $100/d if it's 2 quick service/d, sharing + bringing in snacks, H2O bottles? visit e.t.a. Mar-Sept '13. Or is the DDP better? after all, less to carry + get in the park vs wait on bag chk.

    Yes, I believe you can eat on that budget. However, I think the best way for you to estimate your dining budget is to visit the Allears.net website and look under the 'dining' tab, then 'menus'. They have complete menus - with pricing - for every eatery on property, so that will better allow you to decide what and where you might be eating, and how much it will cost you. I find them to be an invaluable planning resource!
