    My family will be cruising on the Disney Dream in September for a 4 night cruise. If one of my family members now cannot make the trip after we have already made the reservations, how do you change the name to another family member?

    I'm always excited to help a fellow Georgia Peach with cruise questions so I'm glad you are hEAR! I'm sorry that plans have changed for one of your family members, but I do have good news for you. You can cancel that Guest's reservation or swap out for another family member without penalty until the end of the day on July 5, which is 75 days prior to your departure. If you decide to change the reservation to another family member, the rate will be the same and you actually have until 45 days prior to your sailing to make the change without any additional fees. If you aren't sure at that point who will go in the other Guest's place, there is a $50.00 change fee up to your sail date. Cancellation fees will only be charged if you cancel after final payment. 

    Kasey, I suggest giving a cruise reservation agent at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 as soon as possible. An agent will be happy to assist you with your changes and be able to answer any additional questions you may have about the terms and conditions of your Disney Dream cruise. They are open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
