Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rebecca!
I am thrilled to hEAR you will be taking your family on a high seas adventure with Captain Mickey! I love cruising in February to escape the cold and snow of the north and instead enjoy the warm sun on the deck of a
Disney Cruise Line ship. Let the countdown begin!
For smooth sailing, it is important to have the appropriate
travel documentation ready for embarkation day. I checked with our documentation experts at Disney Cruise Line's Embarkation Guest Services team about your situation. Your husband's birth certificate from the Navel Hospital will be accepted if he is a U.S. citizen and the certificate is a legal document issued by the United States government or military. Disney Cruise Line and the United States Boarder Control cannot accept the symbolic certificate of birth issued by most hospitals that announces the birth and includes their hand and foot prints.
If you want to specifically review the document with Disney Cruise Line prior to your sailing, you should contact Embarkation Guest Services directly at 1-(800)-395-9374 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm (ET) daily.
Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions as you plan your magical getaway!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
