Welcome aboard, Keith! What an exciting family cruise you have coming up! Six cousins and all the parents will make so many magical memories onboard the Dream when you set sail!
The Disney Dream features some amazing Youth Clubs for kids! There are set age ranges, though, as you mentioned.
Edge is the tween club for ages 11-14. I know that sometimes 10 year olds who are very close to 11 are able to join with signed parental permission, but since your daughter is only nine, that won't be the case for her. However, the good news is that she's not out of all the fun by any means! The
Oceaneer Club and
Oceaneer Lab are two fabulous Youth Clubs for kids up to age 12, so any of her older cousins that are 12 or younger are certainly able to join your daughter and her ten year old cousin there. There are really fun activities in the Club and Lab, even for the older set, so be sure everyone takes a look at the daily Personal Navigator, or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. There you'll see the schedule of events in the clubs for each day.
Besides the Youth Clubs, there are plenty of activities and venues around the ship for all ages, so I promise your daughter will have so many spots to hang out with her big cousins, and lots of activities. Goofy Golf, Broadway-style shows, the
AquaDuck, two fun pools, game shows in
D Lounge, and lots more are in store for everyone onboard, so she's got plenty to look forward to!
Have a magical sailing, Keith!
