My family and I cruise 8-25-13 I booked two different types of rooms, can they inprocess with me in the concierge line? I will be trying to upgrade their room if they have one available. Thank you in advance.

Welcome aboard, Monique! Sailing with Disney Cruise Line is always such a wonderful experience, but adding a concierge room to the experience makes the entire cruise all the more magical!

There will be separate check-in lines in the port terminal. One for concierge, one for Castaway Club members and one for first time cruisers. Only the guests in the concierge room can utilize the Concierge check-in queue. Those in your party that are staying in another stateroom can check-in at the desk for first time cruisers or Castaway Club members. Disney Cruise Line's agents do tell me, though, that Concierge guests will get an earlier boarding time than other guests, and that members of their party can board the ship with them. So, though the rest of your group will need to check-in by waiting in their own queue, they will be able to board with you and enjoy the ship earlier! That is always a plus!

Have fun as you continue to plan your late summer sailing with Disney, Monique! I'm happy to help if you have other questions!
