Hi. My family consists of 5, myself and my husband our 5 year, our 4 year old and a 8month old. How easy is it to explore and enjoy the rides and attractions with an infant? Are there any rides that we can take the baby on if they sit on laps?

Hi, Natalie!  I tell people all the time that one of the best places to vacation with a family of varying ages is Walt Disney World!  I have daughters that range from almost four to almost 18, and there is something for everyone to enjoy!

You will find quite a few things that you can take the baby on with you, so that you can enjoy attractions as a family!  It's a Small World, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Jungle Cruise - all of that just in the Magic Kingdom!  And that isn't the end of the things you'll be able to do!  There are rides and attractions at all of the theme parks that you can all enjoy together, and if there is something the baby can't do, you can utilize the child swap option that will allow you or your husband to ride something with the older children, then without having to wait in line all over again, you switch places so the other grown up can ride!

I never found it very difficult to maneuver around the parks with little ones in tow.  Make sure you have extra drinks, sunscreen, and a hat for the baby - although those are things that are helpful for all three kids.  Keep at least one extra change of clothes with you for the baby, and a clean shirt for yourself.  If you find you get to the theme parks and don't have something you need, you will probably find it at the Baby Care Centers located in each park.  These spots are great places for a quick break during the day, too!

    Have a great trip, Natalie!
