Most of my family coming to WDW set up PINS in 2017 to link charges to our hotel room. I have no idea what those numbers are. How can we change them?

Welcome to planDisney, Laurie. I am so happy that you stopped by with this great question.

Laurie, my memory for anything other than Walt Disney World trivia and 90's song lyrics is questionable at best, and I often can not remember the PIN that I used just a few months ago, much less one that was back in 2017. So I am very experienced at resetting my MagicBand PIN.

For security reasons, Cast Members are not able to look up old PIN codes, so you will have to reset them, but this process could not be easier. Once you are logged into your My Disney Experience account, hover your mouse over the "My Disney Experience" logo, and then click "Profile." Once you get to the next screen, scroll down to the last option titled "Payment Method." The "Payment Method" page will allow you to reset your own PIN as well as create a unique PIN for additional members of your party.

If you would prefer to reset your PIN in person, simply swing by the front desk at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. They will be able to scan your MagicBand and allow you to reset your PIN.

I hope that this helped, Laurie. Please come back here if we can help you as you plan your upcoming vacation!

    See you real soon!
