Hi Jennifer!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to hEAR you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in September!
I'm so sorry you've had difficulty in securing a dining reservation for
Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White and
50's Prime Time Café. Unfortunately, both restaurants are popular and can book up several months in advance. I've previously experienced difficulty in finding availability for popular dining locations, but was able to eventually secure a reservation closer to our date of arrival. You are more than welcome to try calling Disney Dining, but I've never personally found the availability to be greater when calling as opposed to booking online or with the
My Disney Experience mobile app. My advice is to keep trying. You never know when someone else may move their reservations around or need to cancel altogether. If you don't secure something over the next few weeks, I recommend that you continue trying in the days leading up to your trip as some Guests will cancel in order to prevent being charged the cancellation fee.
Of note, Guests have historically been able to
make dining reservations online beginning at 6:00 a.m. EST and by phone at 7:00 a.m. EST. If staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can book dining reservations 180 days prior to your arrival date for your entire length of stay (up to 10 days).
I hope you find this to be helpful, Jennifer. Let us know if you have any new questions as you continue to plan a magical trip!
