My family is coming to WD in December 2014. I am just looking for more info concerning the photo memory maker. How it works, and is it worth it? We keep changing our mind from what we read on line, but want someone with experience. Thanks

Hi Amanda! Great question! We had the Memory Maker this past vacation in June and thought it was totally worth it. I would definitely take advantage of the advance purchase offer, where you save $50 if purchased before your vacation. It was added to our My Disney Experience account, so it was on my Magic Band. We actually sought out the photographers during our stay, and totally got our money's worth. It's so easy, as you simply have the photographer swipe your Magic Band. The photographers take fantastic pictures, and many add special, magical touches. We're huge attraction riders, and loved getting all the attraction photos as well as the character shots.

Once home, I simply downloaded the pictures to our computer. Easy peasy, and so convenient. I do recommend, if you decide to purchase, be sure to use it as much as possible, which is easy to do as the photographers are located throughout the parks.

Hope this helps with your decision Amanda! Write back with any other questions!
