hi my family is coming there soon and we were wondering,do you see a lot of the characters there? we are looking forward to seeing them.

Hi, Katie!  There are characters throughout Walt Disney World, in a variety of capacities.  You will see them participating in the parades and stage shows; you'll find them at character dining experiences; and you will see them at character meet and greets in the various theme parks.  There are some places where you will see several characters all in the same place, like the Character Connection at EPCOT, but you will also find individual characters at various spots in the parks.

Your best bet is to check with the cast members when you arrive to see if your favorite character is scheduled to appear and where you might meet them.  You will also see the lines forming for the characters as you walk through the theme parks.

If you want to dine with the characters, I have to recommend that you try to get reservations!  You can make an advanced dining reservation by calling 407-WDW-DINE, and character dining is very popular.  You can dine with Chef Mickey, Pooh and friends, and even some of the characters from Playhouse Disney!

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
