    My family and I are coming to DW in April. We booked the tower view at the Comtemporary Resort, can we request a certain floor? We want the best view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our room. Thanks

    Hi Jamila,

    While floor requests are not guaranteed, you are certainly welcome to ask for a certain floor. Disney tries to satisfy as many guests as possible.

    You should be aware that the Magic Kingdom and the fireworks are only visible from one side of the building. You'll need to make sure that you've reserved a theme park view room. To make a specific floor request, you should call the resort directly about one week prior to your arrival at Walt Disney World. My friend Bret gives you the complete scoop on how to do this.

    For the best view, you'll probably want to get on as high a floor as possible, this will give you a better sense of the panorama.
