Hi! We are a family of 4 coming from Australia, staying at CBR 14 Sep-20 Sep and POFQ 20 Sep - 26 Sep. We booked through a travel agent and have a 10 day park hopper ticket. Is there anyway we would be able to take advantage of the free dining offer?

Hi, Sarah!  Guests who are eligible for free dining must purchase a package that includes a minimum of three nights and two day park hopper tickets.  Without knowing how you purchased your Disney World vacation, I can offer these possibilities as to why your travel agent may not have mentioned the free dining as a possibility.

You may not book on a discounted room rate.  If your agent found you a room at anything less than rack rate, you wouldn't qualify for the free dining.  Also, the tickets must be purchased as part of the package.  Some vacations booked in other countries have special 10 day tickets that are a purchase separate from  the package - more a la carte than a package.

You might want to check with your agent and see if the way your holiday travel package was put together was more of an advantage to you than booking with the free dining plan.  The agent might be able to crunch some numbers for you, check availability of the plan (this is a limited offer), and see what your options are.

    Thank you for your question!
