    Family of 5 (3 boys ages 7, 6, 3) to WDW AOA in 57 days! Arr Wed @7p Dep Mon @10am. Boys not big eaters, not sure if dining plan needed. Only plan so far: Chef Mickey's Bkfst 7:35 Thurs. Can you please help us plan our trip? We would greatly appreciate it!

    Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Jagela!  How exciting that your Walt Disney World Vacation begins in just 57 days!  You are going to love staying at DIsney's Art of Animation Resort! As a mom of three boys myself, I have found the Disney Dining Plan to be a great value especially for the children. Chef Mickey's is a fantastic choice...it is my family's favorite Character Dining Experience! The first thing I would recommend is to make an itinerary for your trip based on the Disney Parks Calendar. Follow the link I have provided to view the park hours for your vacation dates. As a Disney Resort guest, you will be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, a unique opportunity to enjoy additional time in Walt Disney World parks above and beyond the standard operating schedule at no extra charge. My family loves taking advantage of Morning Extra Magic Hours with our young boys and find we are able to experience many of our favorite attractions with little to no wait when the parks are less crowded. I would recommend spending your arrival day getting settled into your Resort and heading to bed early for a good night's rest before your first day in the parks. I would recommend visiting Magic Kingdom on Thursday which will be offering Morning Extra Magic Hours and will be very convenient for dining at Chef Mickey's. If you could write me back with a little more information regarding which parks you are hoping to visit, I can help customize your itinerary. I would highly recommend booking an Advanced Dining Reservation at T-REX Café or Rainforest Café located in Downtown Disney with your boys for a fun, themed setting with life size animatronic animals.
