    Hi, my family bought tickets for my family and I am unable to link them to my disneyland app or online. How can I link my tickets to my account? I would like to make reservations for meals and such as soon as possible.

    If you’re trying to link your tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App, try updating the app on your smartphone. Things have been changing on the app to add all of the reopening information to it, so it may just be time for an update. 

    If you're still unable to link your tickets, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you. 

    Once your tickets are linked to your Disney account, the next step is to make your theme park reservations. Follow the instructions on this site to select your desired date and theme park you’d like to visit on your next vacation. It is a really easy step.
