My family booked a vacation package through our travel agent for Nov. 19-26 at Wilderness Lodge. Is it possible to change hotels?

Hi, Tasha! Thanks so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a beautifully rustic Resort hotel, made even more majestic when the dressed for the holidays. Last year, I visited this location the same week you have reservations, and the Cast Members were putting the finishing touches on the most magnificent Christmas tree I have ever seen! If you do decide to transfer your reservation to another Walt Disney World Resort hotel, do try to stop by Disney's Wilderness Lodge at some point. It is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

When booking a Resort hotel reservation or Magic Your Way Package directly with Disney Central Reservations, I know you should be able to make a wide range of modifications to your stay, subject to availability and booking policies. However, travel agents can often have different policies for modifying or canceling reservations. You will need to contact your travel agent to discuss your options and their policies.

Have a magical day, Tasha, and please let us know if you have any further questions while planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
