Ahoy, Laura!
Your
Disney Cruise Line vacation will be here before you know it, and I've got all the answers you need to be in shipshape for sailing. You've got a couple of options, so let's cruise right in.
As you know, after June 7, 2022, the
Covid testing policy changes, and you can test within 48 hours of your sail date and upload your results to the Safe Passage site prior to midnight of the day you embark. There are several companies that will allow you to purchase tests online, and use them with the supervision of a proctor. I have used eMed myself for my last few cruises, and it was so easy! You can order the tests in advance, bring them with you on your trip, and then call the service when you are ready to test. They monitor via cell phone camera, and then in 15 minutes, you'll have your results. An email will be sent that can be printed out or uploaded to Safe Passage.
Disney has also
partnered with AdventHealth to provide comprehensive medical services while you are on vacation. AdventHealth runs Centra Care Urgent Care Centers, which do Covid-19 testing on site. You'll want to verify the type of testing the centers are offering, as some may not offer all of the types of tests, but there is complimentary transportation to the closest Centra Care, located just outside of Disney Springs. You can also use a rideshare service to get there. This location is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and you can make an appointment for testing.
I hope you have smooth sailing through this process, Laura!
