Hi, Chasity! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I always hold my breath waiting for the
Walt Disney World Resort park hours and entertainment schedules to be released so I can make my day-to-day itinerary. Considering the check-in date you gave, you should be able to begin making your Advance Dining Reservations tomorrow (August 2)! While I do see park hours listed for your travel dates, there seem to be only limited entertainment schedules released so far. Curioser and curioser! This does make it a tad difficult to plan. I wish I had a definitive answer for you because I know exactly how you are feeling! I have been there myself, having to just take a chance and jump down the rabbit hole.
The last time I had to make a guess on the evening I would be visiting Magic Kingdom Park to enjoy the nighttime entertainment, I picked a weekend evening to schedule my Advance Dining Reservation in that park. Looking over previous years' winter season park schedules, even when Main Street Electrical Parade was offered on select nights, it did seem to find its way onto Main Street, U.S.A, along with Wishes nighttime spectacular, each Friday and Saturday night. I am not saying this is a guaranteed foolproof way to plan, but it did end up working for me. There are some dining locations that fill as soon as their Advance Dining Reservation window opens 180 days in advance (don't believe me? Ask the dishes), so I can understand how you may want to pick a reliable day to visit the park.
Chasity, do check back periodically for updates to the park hours and schedules so you can finalize your plans. If you do end up needing to swap your Magic Kingdom Park Advance Dining Reservation for another day, don't worry. Guests change their plans all the time, especially in the final weeks and days leading up to their vacations. You may just luck up on exactly what you need!
