    My family has a Beach Club reservation for 7/5-7/15 and I’ve called many time to rent a cabana for the last day, but I’m told they aren’t taking reservations yet since it is under construction through 6/2025. Any idea when they will open the reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney, Elyse! Thank you for bringing us your question about a Cabana Rental during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. I am so glad you decided to trust us to help you with an answer, and it is my pleasure to share what information I have with you. 

    As you mentioned, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are currently closed for routine maintenance. This maintenance is projected to be complete by the end of June, just in time for your July arrival! You are doing the right thing by calling regularly, as we currently do not have an exact date for the reopening of Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool. You can keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates and announcements, but I would continue to call regularly with the hopes that they will have reopened reservations for the poolside Cabanas at Beach Club Resort. 

    I wish I had more precise information to share so you could have an exact date to call for a Cabana reservation. I’m crossing my fingers and sending you pixie dust that you can add this magical touch to the final day of your Disney vacation.
