My family is attending Marathon weekend in 2015. Is that considered Value season? I am trying to figure out room rates and AAA discount estimates for resorts. Thanks!

    Hi Sarah!

How exciting you'll be visiting during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend!  Whether you're going to be running or chEARing along, it's sure to be a magical experience.  2015 season dates and rates haven't yet been released, but looking at 2014 information might give you a starting place with your budgeting.  In addition to Value, Regular and Peak Seasons, there are also a number of other Holiday Seasons throughout the year.  Marathon Weekend in January is one of those, meaning it has its own room rates.  I'd recommend looking at the site www.mousesavers.com and searching "2014 Disney World Resort Room Rates & Season Dates" for current information on room rates by date/season for every Disney Resort Hotel, which will give you an idea of what might be announced for 2015 (usually with a slight rate increase).

Thanks for letting the Disney Parks Moms Panel help with your planning!  If you have any other questions, please let us know.
