Hi Raymond! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and inclusive destination for all Guests, including those
facing challenges. I've traveled with family members and friends with special needs, including having experienced the parks while I was dealing with mobility issues. We've always found the Disneyland Resort to be responsive and helpful.
I encourage you to speak with a friendly Cast Member about your daughter's medical condition at the
Accessibility Services Kiosk in the Esplanade between the parks. They're always happy to help in any way they can, and they should have recommendations about how your group can best experience the park.
Be aware that you can store medications that require refrigeration, such as insulin, at the
First Aid centers. Also, you can absolutely bring snacks and beverages into the park. Just make sure you're following the current
Park Rules about what can safely enter. You'll want to avoid loose ice and glass containers, for example.
Finally, when considering your daughter's dietary needs, Disneyland Resort can
prepare meals for special dietary requests. You can also look for fresh, healthy choices at snack carts. You know your daughter's needs best, so ask Cast Members for assistance! They have access to dietary binders with details on the full contents of menu items, and they can review low- or no-sugar options with you.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
