My family and I will be arriving at WDW next week. Can you tell me do the children and adults need to wear closed toed shoes to on the rides?

    Hi Kim,

Wow your trip is so close, how exciting!

You'll be pleased to know that you can wear any footwear on the rides at Disney World, you'll see lots of people wearing flip flops around the parks. The only attraction that I can think of that requires you to take loose shoes off is Soarin in Epcot, it's actually quite nice to do that though as you can almost feel the wind between your toes!

When choosing your footwear make sure you go for something comfy though as you'll be walking a lot of miles around the parks, my family loves either sneakers or walking type sandals.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
