    Hi Moms, My family is arriving in Oct., we have 2 rooms. We requested connecting rooms but that cant be guaranteed. Which would give us the best chance of getting connecting room: Online Check-in or check in on arrival at our Disney Resort ?

    Hi, Sean! It's great that your request is already noted on your reservation.  Next, I would also call or fax in my request to the Resort seven to ten days in advance of my arrival.  This is when they are doing room assignments.  There are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. Since you are requesting something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
