our family arrives at WDW late (11:30pm) on july 11 and leaves early July 21 Which is 10 nights at the resorts but only 9 days in the parks. On the dining plan we will get 10 dinners. Does this mean that we are wasting one of or dinners?

    Donald,

Definitely don't waste a meal!  I'm a foodie and Disney has great eats, so the notion of losing a dining credit does not sit well with me!

You are free to use your dining credits in any way you'd like.  Technically, you could use all 10 dinners on the first day of your trip.  You are not limited to using one per day at all - they are very flexible.

When you say 'dinners', do you mean sit down meals?  If so, I might suggest that you consider planning one breakfast and one dinner on the same day.  Spreading the meals out will help keep you from being overly full, and will ensure that no credit goes unused.

If you haven't already, please make your dining reservations ASAP.  Restaurants book quickly and you will save yourself a lot of time and stress if you have all of your meals reserved in advance.

    Have a great vacation!
