My family is APs and has park reservations for 12/20-12/23. I’ve seen parks being sold out on those days, do we need to worry about this and get there first thing in the morning? Or because we have reservations as AP’s are we good to go anytime?

    Season's greetings, Dale!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us a fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It sounds like you'll soon be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year! There's no place like the Walt Disney World Resort for the holidays. I'd be happy to help you prepare for a wondrous wintertime getaway!

Dale, as a fellow Annual Passholder, I know just how special it is to have the ability to visit the Walt Disney World Resort time and time again over the course of a full magical year. As you know, at the time of writing, Annual Passholders must make theme park reservations for dates they intend to use their passes to visit a theme park (except on "good-to-go" days or most days after 2:00 p.m.). Since you've already made theme park reservations for the dates you've mentioned, you can rest assured that you'll be able to enter the parks using your Annual Passes. I confirmed with a friendly Cast Member who shared that, even if a theme park reaches capacity during the day, a Guest with valid admission and an existing theme park reservation should be permitted to enter the theme park.

Will you be spending any time at EPCOT in the coming days, Dale? You may be excited to learn that Passholder-exclusive merchandise is currently available at World Traveler and Creations Shop! This special gear is themed for the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, so get it while you can before it flies away after December 30. Be sure to check out the incredible lineup of celebrity narrators for the Candlelight Processional during your visit as well - I think you'll be impressed!

Dale, I hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you a most magical and memorable trip to the Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season. If you have any additional questions before or during your stay, please feel free to revisit us here at planDisney anytime! We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
