Say CHEESE, Michael! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for being a part of the
Annual Passholder family. I love my Disney Pixie Dust Pass and can't believe I waited so long to get one. I renewed my pass a few months ago and added
Memory Maker; best decision ever! Let's discuss how your son can share those fabulous photos with you on your
Walt Disney World Resort visit.
It looks like you might be at the parks now, so my first suggestion is to log into your mobile app and tap "Photo Gallery" on the Welcome screen. At the top of the gallery, you can toggle to "Include Family & Friends," and you might see PhotoPass pictures that have already been snapped. Whoever is linked and sharing plans with your son should have access to the photos he has scanned into his account.
If you don't see any images, your son can go online, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and select "My Family & Friends." From the list of guests he's connected to, he should see a "Settings" button beside each guest. He can click that to allow others to view his PhotoPass photos.
Remember that your son must have a card or MagicBand scanned so everyone can see them in their linked accounts. He can also download images to his phone or computer. If he has an annual pass, he will have access to those photos for the length of his pass. Otherwise, they will expire in 45 days.
If you have issues or questions about the Memory Maker product, please call the
Disney PhotoPass line. They'll help you in a "flash!"
My family has a tradition of making photo ornaments to commemorate our Disney visits. My tip is to choose a dated design so you'll have a keepsake you can remember. You can find a link to photo gifts and products on the
Disney PhotoPass page.
Michael, I hope your family flashes their pearly whites for some memorable photos. Please stop by
planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
