    If my family and I have already booked our vacation for the value season of January 2012, will we still be eligible to get a free dining plan if they offer it? Or is it only a special incentive for people who haven't booked yet to book for that time?

    After you book your vacation, you can always make changes to your plans if you find a better deal. If, for example, free dining was announced during your travel dates, you could always call Disney and have your trip changed to include the free dining. The key here is to make the phone call - don't assume that the best deal will automatically be applied for you. This does require you to do a little research to keep up with current offers, but the savings is definitely worth the effort! Mousesavers.com is one of my favorite websites to track current specials at Disney.
