Family of 10, 6 Adults and 4 children age 2 and under. It is for my child's 3rd birthday party on 4th of July. But our issue is we want to stay together in same room and be club within budget. Also to be convenient with toddlers and baby's.

    Hi Tenaya,

I love big family gatherings at the Walt Disney World Resorts! I have stayed with nine other family members during a Disney vacation and it was a lot of fun.

I would look to book a two bedroom suite at the Boardwalk or the Beach Club. Why these on the surface may appear to be the most expensive, here is how you save money.

First, the room advantage. With the two room suite, you will have a full kitchen, a kitchenette, two bathrooms and a washer/dryer unit. You can order food from an online grocer to cover breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks at a discount. Cereal, sandwiches or other quick meals can really save on a budget. Check out the Garden Grocer for pricing. The washer/dryer unit is great because you pack less clothes which could save you on baggage fees with the airlines.

These locations are near Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. You can easily push your children in a stroller to these parks or hop on a boat. If you opt for a park ticket with the hopper option, you could even use the monorail to get you back from the Magic Kingdom. Many a nights my husband and I walked our sleeping daughters through Epcot in their stroller instead of taking the bus.

Tickets are only necessary for anyone over 3. If you go for the base ticket, you can save a lot of money. Plus both of these resorts pools are super fun!

The only other option is to book two family suites or cabins but you would not be in one room.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
