Hi Brittany! Thanks for visiting panDisney.
I hope you and your family have been enjoying your year of more access to the magic, fun perks, and great
discounts. I really love the dining discount since we do a lot of table service dining when we're visiting. It's a great value to us! I recently purchased another
Magic Key while sales were reopened, but unfortunately, sales have paused again. This occasionally happens and for most Guests, it means waiting until they are available again to purchase if they missed out.
With sales being closed, you'll have to call the
Magic Key Holders phone line to speak with a Cast Member about adding a Magic Key for your son. This phone line is exclusively for current Magic Key holders and can be utilized anytime you have a question related to your Magic Keys. They're ready to assist in any way they possibly can.
All Guests ages 3 and up either need an admission ticket or a pass along with a theme park reservation to enter the parks. Since he's 3 already, your son must have a ticket or a pass so he can enjoy the parks along with the rest of the family. Despite new sales being paused, sometimes it's possible for an existing Magic Key holder to purchase a key for a little one in their family who previously didn't require a ticket for entry, and only Cast Members can assist you with this if there is still availability. Depending on your situation, this purchase might also need to be made in person at the main ticket booths. A Cast Member on the Magic Key Holder phone line can advise you if you need additional documentation that requires an in-person visit to the main ticket booths in the Esplanade.
Prices and terms might be different from when you secured your shiny new Magic Key, so carefully review prior to purchase, including
Blockout dates. Magic Keys can't be canceled or transferred, so you want to make sure everyone in the family has the one that's right for your needs.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
