My families 1st WDW trip is planned for Dec. 23-27. We got lucky and are staying in my cousins time share for FREE! Can we still purchase a Disney dining plan even though we are not buying a package?

    Unfortunately not.

The Disney Dining Plan is only available to guests purchasing a full Magic Your Way package which includes the Dining Plan, theme park tickets, and a Walt Disney World hotel room. I wouldn't worry too much about this though. Any savings you would have from the Dining Plan are completely dwarfed by a free room in the Disney area at Christmas. You should consider yourself to be VERY lucky.

    Have a wonderful holiday!
