Heigh-Ho Michelle,
The holiday season is an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World and many Guests have planned months to a year in advance by making Walt Disney World Resort Reservations, Dining Reservations and
Disney Park Pass Reservations. At the moment, the Disney Park Pass reservation is closely monitored by Walt Disney World to maintain a specific crowd level during these unprecedented times. It is advised before Guests purchase Walt Disney World tickets they check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see which parks are available during the time they are interested in visiting. Availability and entrance into the park are not guaranteed until you have completed your Disney Park Pass reservation. Guests planning a last-minute visit during the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's will need to be more flexible.
Your
My Disney Experience mobile app will allow you to modify your Disney Park Pass reservations, if you are interested in switching to the parks they are visiting and if there is availability. Again, check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before doing so. Between now and the time of their arrival, continue to check the calendar OFTEN. There is always a chance Guests have canceled or modified their Disney Park Pass reservations, capacity has been adjusted or just good old Disney Magic has happened. If you are having difficulty modifying your Disney Park Pass reservation try the Chat With Us feature, found in your My Disney Experience app. Select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner and scroll to Chat With Us. Begin your virtual chat and a Cast Member with follow-up as soon as they can. Or feel free to call (407) 939-4357 for further assistance. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST. I suggest calling as early as possible because Cast Members are experiencing a rather high call volume.
I do hope you are able to coordinate some park time with each other and with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust I am sure many magical and memorable moments will be made.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
