    Are there a fair number of cancellations the day before as far as character dining goes, or do people who aren't going to show up just don't bother to cancel? Wondering if there's any hope left for us. Thanks!

    Hi Crystal. I feel your pain - we've been in that same position. It totally depends on the day. If you're there during a slow period, you may have better luck. First thing, check with your resort concierge and see if they can secure you any reservations. Check back frequently. We have had some success in showing up at the restaurant. If you do this, I highly recommend going at off peak times - either before or after traditional lunch and dinner times. The cast members will do their best to accommodate you, and my hopes are you'll be pleasantly surprised and luck into a meal with your favourite characters.
