Is there any facility to rent a mobility scooter at Fort Wilderness Disney Resort, if so do you know costs involved?

Hi there, Gordon! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop back by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is located in an expansive forest that's just minutes away from the Magic Kingdom! During your visit, you may have the opportunity to spot such species of animals like deer, rabbits, armadillos, and ducks. The gorgeous, natural beauty of this resort offers Guests the perfect combination of the great outdoors and the amazing amenities found at Disney Resort hotels!

While there are no locations at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort to rent ECVs, you can rent mobility devices directly from the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs! Currently, these cost $50 for a daily rental but this is subject to change. All ECVs may not be removed from the location in which they are rented but you may show your receipt at another location that offers ECV rentals and receive an ECV to be used at the new location.

If you are going to be needing a mobility device for the entire duration of your vacation, I would recommend looking into the Disney Featured Provider! This local company offers many different types of mobility devices including ECVs. In addition, these devices may also be delivered directly to your Disney Resort hotel!

I hope this information assists you as you continue to plan for your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
