What can I do if the extra kid I was bringing now cannot come?

    Hi there, Kayla!

I am so sad to hear that a little Mousekateer will not be able to join the rest of your party.

The first thing that you will want to do is to cancel that person's Disney Park Pass system reservations

Next, if you have purchased a vacation package, and are more than 30 days away from your check-in date, you can modify your package through your My Disney Experience Account. Simply log-in and go to "My Plans." Once you are in "My Plans" you will see the list of Family & Friends that you are planning with. When you keep scrolling, you will see your Disney Resorts Collection reservation. To the right of the reservation, you will see a blue button that says "Change Reservation." Here you will be able to remove a member from your party, canceling their tickets.

If you have a vacation package booked but are within 30 days of your check-in, you will want to call (407) 939-5277 to have your package updated.

Now, if you booked your theme park tickets and hotel reservation separately, you will not be able to get a refund for that ticket, but you can reassign it to any other person in your party. The value paid for your ticket never expires, so you can also save it for a rainy day!

I hope that this answered your question, Kayla. Please come back here if we can help answer any other questions!

    See you real soon!
