Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amber-Leah!
How exciting that you are planning your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! I have a feeling it won't be your last!
All
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets allow Guests to leave and re-enter the
same park on the same day (subject to capacity), so you are welcome to come and go to the same park as often as you like. In order to visit more than one theme park on the same day, Guests must have tickets with the Park Hopper Option. The ticketing system will not allow 2 days of tickets to be used on the same day by the same Guest. The exception to this would be a "hard-ticket" event, such as
Disney After Hours. Guests using Disney After Hours tickets may use other admission to visit a different park earlier in the day.
If you decide you would like to add the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you may
upgrade your tickets at any theme park ticket window,
Guest Relations location,
Lobby Concierge at a Disney Resort Hotel, or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
Depending on your itinerary, perhaps you could use your extra day's ticket on your arrival or departure day to squeeze a little extra magic into your vacation. You could kick your vacation off with a bang by spending your first evening enjoying one of the
fireworks shows or nighttime spectaculars, or perhaps on your departure day you might have a few hours to revisit a few of your favorite attractions.
If you have any additional questions as you
plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please do not hesitate to stop by the Moms Panel again anytime. We are always happy to help. I wish you a very magical vacation!
